The questions we hear most often.

Do you only do large scale projects?
Not at all. A bed refresh, a single retaining wall, a small patio, a fresh irrigation zone. We handle residential projects of every size, plus commercial and HOA scopes. The same care goes into a twenty foot patio as a ten thousand foot installation.
What should I expect to invest?
Custom work depends on scope, materials, and site conditions. After a free on site consultation we provide a full line item proposal, no guesswork and no surprise invoices. Most residential hardscape projects start in the mid four figures. Full yard designs are typically multi phase.
Do you self perform the work or subcontract?
We self perform everything. Design, grading, hardscape, irrigation, planting, lighting, maintenance. One crew, one project manager, one point of contact. That's how quality stays consistent from the first drawing to the final walk through.
How long does a typical project take?
Design and consultation takes one to two weeks. Install time depends on scope. A stand alone hardscape is usually one to two weeks on site. A full yard design with hardscape, irrigation, and plantings is typically two to five weeks depending on complexity. We schedule with a clear timeline up front.
Do you handle commercial and HOA work?
Yes. From retail common areas to HOA entrances, apartment complexes, and city commercial work like the Dodson Road roundabout. We provide documented bid packages, insurance certificates, scheduled maintenance agreements, and full project management.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer ongoing landscape maintenance programs sized to the project. Pruning, seasonal color, mulch refresh, irrigation check ups, and full grounds keeping. The goal is that your investment keeps looking like the day we finished, year after year.
