How soon will I see results on my lawn?
Most customers see meaningful weed reduction and color improvement within the first two treatments. Full transformation usually happens over a full season as the soil balance corrects and the root system strengthens.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Yes. All our applications are EPA registered and applied by licensed technicians. We ask that pets and kids stay off the treated area for approximately two hours after application, which is when the product has fully dried into the lawn.
How often do you visit?
Our core lawn program treats every six to eight weeks during the growing season. Mosquito barrier is every three weeks from April through October. Residential pest control is quarterly. Commercial programs are customized.
Do I need to be home for a treatment?
No. We text you the day before and the morning of every visit so you know exactly when we'll be there. You get a full report afterward. Most customers never need to be home.
What makes you different from the bigger name companies?

Do you offer a guarantee?
